libclass-loader-perl software package provides module to load modules and create objects on command, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-loader-perl
libclass-loader-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclass-loader-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclass-loader-perl *
You will get with libclass-loader-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
